The Playstation 4 Reveal is not too far right now, coming in a few hours at the Playstation Meeting in New York: still, rumors are still floating around, giving gamers new details on the console’s many new features.
As seen on Kotaku, it looks like the Ps4 will be out this November in the United States: the new Sony console should be launching with two different console versions with different pricing and yet to be announced different features. The console versions should be priced at 429$ and 529$ but this is probably bound to change: Sony won’t be announcing any pricing later tonight and this information is probably going to come during e3 or even some time later.
Together with the new console, Sony will be launching a new online service called Playstation World: most of the new features will only be accessible through a subscription fee. Supposedly, Ps Plus will be no more and the new PS World service will take its place.
Regarding the console’s connectivity features, it looks like Sony will implement the possibility to control and use many of the console’s features through a smartphone or a tablet: this rumor actually confirms some earlier rumors saying that some of the Cloud features could be used from other hardware.
More news will probably be coming in the next few hours, as the Playstation Meeting begins.
