Just as Bungie promised, we finally know a few more details regarding their new project called Destiny and it’s really an ambitious title they have in the workings: the game will be a first person shooter with some MMO elements, requiring an always on connection to play. With the game’s incredibly interesting setting, this title may end up being a smashing success if all things are done the right way.

Bungie stated that the game will be coming on Ps3 and Xbox 360 and “future generation technology”, hinting at a possible Ps4 and Xbox 720 release in the future: by using the term technology, however, Bungie probably gave a hint for a possible PC release.

By checking out the source code for the pre-order section of Destiny’s official site, some more interesting tidbits appear: not only the game should be coming on Pc, which was almost a given, but also on Wii U and PsVita. It definitely looks like Destiny will hit all current and future generation consoles, except for the 3DS which is not currently listed and most likely won’t: the game’s target is kinda far for the usual 3DS one.

To know if there’ some truth behind this we will just have to wait for some time as Activision, the game’s publisher, will shed some light on all the platforms receiving this new, ambitious game.
