During yesterday’s Nintendo Direct broadcast, Nintendo announced that Animal Crossing: New Leaf was given a release date of June 9 in the US and June 14 in Europe. Now, you can look at what you can expect to see when you get your hands on the box.
This is the North American box art, which gives even the Mario Party 9 box art a run for its money in terms of vibrancy and pretty colours. It features characters old and new, and as you can see, it is very similar to the Japanese box art.
Of course, you don’t have to buy a retail copy to enjoy the game, as the New Leaf will be available for download on the 3DS eShop on release.
The game is still absolutely dominating in Japan, selling over 2.5 million sales and shifting millions of 3DS systems like its nobody’s business.
