he first season of The Walking Dead: The Game has been incredibly successful, thanks to the gameplay formula and plot and for being a nice adaptation of the comic book series. It was almost a given that a second season would be coming and so it will, with TellTale currently hard at work on the game.
As we already said, the game is an adaptation of the comic book series, which differs from the Tv Show: the second season will continue to follow the comics story although Dan Connors, TellTale CEo doesn’t rule out the possibility of some characters from the Tv Show to appear in the game or even tying the game with the Tv Show.
The Episodic release format has been really successful however the developer would want to keep the focus high on the game between each episode release: to do this, TellTale is investigating on the possibility of tying the game to the Tv series. As of now the team is open to any possibility and it’s a really good thing to make the episodic format work even better than before.
The Walking Dead: The Game Season Two will be launching this year on Ps3, Xbox 360 and Pc.
