Resident Evil: Revelations will be ported on HD consoles this May: the game won’t be a simple port since the team has stated that they will change a lot of the game’s elements like locations, enemies placements and such. Unfortunately the game won’t probably feature a co op option for the single player campaign but an extra mode featuring HUNK will still allow players to play together in their hellish creatures killing business.
Together with the Ps3, Xbox 360 and Pc version, the game will also be released on the Wii U: Capcom promised to make the best use of the console’s special features and something has already been unveiled today. In keeping almost true to the original portable format, the Wii U version will have an off Tv play, allowing gamers to play the game fully on the Gamepad: when played on the Gamepad, the game will simulate the 2D screen approach the game had on 3DS, with the inventory and map system on a second window, while the game plays on another. If you miss the portable format of the game, this feature has been made just for you.
