While the Wii U port of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 may not be perfect, it’s definitely a good port and a good way to experience everything the game has to offer. Just like the other versions of the game, there are quite a number of issues left unsolved and Treyarch has been worked on a really big patch which will bring the Wii U version up to date with the other console versions of the game.

The update was supposed to be already available, but some problems are preventing the update to go live: with many problems and issues already getting reported, Treyarch is working closely with Nintendo to resolve the issue in the shortest time possible and make the update trouble-free for all Wii U owners.

An interesting side effect of the update is that there’s a menu listing of the Revolution DLC pack, which is already available on Xbox 360 and that will soon be coming on Ps3 and Pc. Treyarch states that it’s not a confirmation but just a “versioning problem”. A nice way to say that they have leaked the DLC arrival themselves? We’ll just have to wait some time before having a true confirmation: in the meantime, let’s hope the update gets released as soon as it can.
