Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is almost upon us, getting released in a little less than a month. While the Japanese special edition was detailed some time ago, with the release itself getting accompanied by some other promotional activities, the situation has been relatively silent for the west expect for the demo release earlier this week. Finally we have some new details of the North American special limited edition for the game and a picture detailing all the nice bonuses included.
The Metal Gear Rising: Special Edition will be including the full game, a plasma lamp shaped like Raiden’s high frequency blade, a nice steelbox, exclusive to the limited edition and the game’s soundtrack on another disc. It’s a good amount of goodies which will make fans of the series really happy.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will allow players to control Raiden in an action game developed by Platinum Games, offering an entirely new gamepay experience and a new take on the Metal Gear franchise. This action game will put a greater emphasis on the action moments themselves, without forgetting the stealth action the series is known for. Taking place after the events of Metal Gear Solid 4, we can consider it as the true latest entry of the series.
