Judging by the released footage, Injustice: Gods Among Us will be quite a great game: a new trailer has been released, featuring some of the cinematics which will be included in the game, which will be making the story told in the game even more dramatic.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a 3D fighting game based on the DC Comics universe: heroes and villains will be fighting inside arenas based on many famous DC Comics locations. While the game features fully 3D graphics, the fighting is done on a 2D plane: players will be able to control many superheroes like Batman, Superman, Flash, Wonderwoman, Nightwing and others and even supervillains like Joker, Bane, Lex Lutor and other characters yet to be announced. Each characters will come with his own moveset and combos: each character will also be able to use some special ability like Batman’s many technological gadgets, Superman’s special powers and so on. Some characters will even be able to change fighting style like Nightwind and a few others.
Couple with al this is an extensive Story Mode which the developers have described as unique in the world of fighting games saying that no other fighting game before has had such a long, detailed and compelling plot.
Injustice: Gods Among Us will be released on Ps3, Xbox 360, Wii U on April 19 in North America and Europe. You can watch the latest trailer here.
