Epic Games really wants you to keep playing Gears of War 3 even though the game might be over a year old. They are looking to draw some fans in this weekend by offering a bigtime XP event this weekend. They aren’t just doing Double XP like we usually see, oh no, instead they are going to be doing QUADRUPLE XP. That’s right, 4x XP this weekend if you boot up Gears of War 3 and play some online matches this weekend.
The help make this Quad XP event feel a bit more special this weekend, Epic Games has also introduced a new playlist. This playlist is called the King of the Gnasher playlist, which is, you guessed it, a King of the Hill playlist with a twist. That twist? One round of King of the Hill with players being forced to use only the Gnasher and Snub weapons. So get out there and play as a roided up freak and get to gnashing.
