Ever since the first rumors started circulating a few months ago it looked like Grand Theft Auto 5, the latest entry in the successful Rockstar Games franchises, would really change the usual gameplay formula in more ways than one. One of the most interesting aspects of the new GTA game is the presence of 3 main characters, each with his own story and specific missions to complete. And today a new artwork has been made available, featuring the 3 main characters.
In Grand Theft Auto 5 a lot of the issues plaguing the previous entry of the series are going to be solved: there won’t be any “Go from here to here” sequences, the game will be a tighter package where the story will be taking the spotlight. Developers stated that players will always be at the center of the action, with all three characters participating in the most important missions and getting frequently switched during the mission itself. The main story missions will also be more varied than ever, with a big emphasis on heists, using the three characters to do different things during the same mission. Set in the city of Los Santos, the setting of fan favorite Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the game promises to deliver an all new experience to players.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is set for a spring release date on Ps3 and Xbox 360: rumors state that the game will be released on March, but Rockstar hasn’t confirmed anything so far, exceot for the general release window.
