UK retailer GAME may have confirmed the release window for one of next year’s biggest games, Grand Theft Auto V.

The Brighton branch tweeted this morning with the following image (though the tweet has since been removed). The pictured marketing material below states a release window of “Spring 2013″, and urges customers to “pre-order now to avoid disappointment”.

This is the second leak we’ve seen over the last few days, the first coming from Polish fan forum GTA-Five, who released this image of a leaked poster. Now with two images online, its seems safe to assume that this release window is confirmed.

The header image at the top is the new official artwork for the game that was released last week, with developer Rockstar teasing “More info next month. Get ready”.

The new artwork was titled “Pest Control”. It appears to hint at a mission where the new protagonist and a partner pose as a pest control team, presumably in order to enter a building with their identities hidden in order to kill a target or take out a rival gang.

While Rockstar have not commented on the matter yet, Game Informer’s December issue will feature a whopping 18 pages of coverage, with GTA 5 being their next cover title. A digital edition of the issue will be available online on November 8.

With that many pages to fill, we can surely expect a large amounts of new details and screenshots on the game, and perhaps even a more specific release date. Its also worth noting that GameStop UK have recently listed GTA 5‘s release date as March 1st, but some confirmation of this from Rockstar themselves would be nice.
