The Female Freestyle Calisthenics World Championship of 2015 was held in July 25th, in Moscow, Russia where 15 incredible women from around the world competed for the first place.
Some of you might wonder what calisthenics is.
It is a form of exercise where the athletes use pulling or pushing up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance, without any equipment. It consists of a variety of gross motor movements, often rhythmical that require such strength and agility any acrobat would envy.
