The 3DS onslaught continues!
Paper Mario: Sticker Star now has an official release date in Europe of December 7th – US gamers already know that they will be getting the game on November 18th. There was brand new footage of the game, showing a bizarre power-up or a screen-filling goat’s mouth chewing on enemies. Hey, why not!
Luigi’s Mansion and Fire Emblem were also given time windows. Q3 2013 for the former, Q2 2013 for the latter.
The Denpa Men: They Came By Wave, is an awesome augmented reality game where you use the 3DS’ camera to find and gather little Denpa men, Pikmin-style. Its already out in the US eShop, and I’m glad that it won’t be long until the Brits can play it too.
As a huge Suda51 fan I was thrilled to see his new collaborative effort with Level-5, Liberation Maiden. It was a brief glimpse, showing only an anime of women in giant Transformer-like robots, but the Suda name alone is reason to get excited. It actually became available on Nintendo Europe’s eShop after the broadcast finished – which means right now!
Nintendo are continuing their digital offerings of retail 3DS games by adding the followng to the eShop: Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Ocarina of Time 3D, and Starfox 3D. Again, they’re available now.
Following the Pikachu portable, there is another new 3DS bundle. The Mario Kart 7 Bundle features a limited edition white 3DS XL with Mario Kart 7 pre-installed on it.
Again, check out Nintendo UK’s YouTube for the broadcast if you missed it, where you can see other newly-announced games: Air Porter, Crimson Shroud and Virtue’s Last Reward. There is also new footage of Devil Survivor: Overclocked, Nano Assault EX, Monster Hunter 3G and Professor Layton.
